The hotel was fairly clean, the rooms were reasonably large with magnificent views. All of the staff were excellent, gentle.

enjoyed the way my a double room was arranged with location close to station and great views, for instance. it had comfy location just close to momoco.

I enjoyed being there, the place is comfortable modern.

Magnificent location in the middle of jackson, amicable staff, everything was good. The room was a decent size with great views when upgraded. It was very handy to have an electric kettle and a fridge.

I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the ocean. The location was favourable and excellent, for example, Beppu International Plaza was within a close distance from the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Beppu. the location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. The staff were lovely and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist, despite the language barrier. Additionally, the rooms offered great views and were keypad coded, eliminating the need for card keys. Finally, the buffet breakfast provided not only delicious food, but also stunning views to start the day off right.
